I have chosen April 5th as my quit date. I am scheduled for dental surgery on the 9th. I thought it would be a good idea to get the nicotine withdrawals over while I'm feeling good as opposed to waiting until I can't smoke because of the surgery. I am hoping activity on this forum increases as our quit dates approach. I hope this forum support can supplement support from friends and family and help me conquer this ugly addiction. I am so over it. I just need to do the work to get over it.
