Nicotine replacement medication!

Smoke-free 3 1/3 weeks now. Nicotine replacement medication is the key to MY success thus far.

@rubper83 Welcome and congrats on 3 1/2 weeks smoke free.   Along with finding the Ex, quit aids played a major role in my quit after 50 years.

If you haven't done some already, do some reading on the site to learn about nicotine addiction and being prepared with having tools in place to deal with cravings, stress, etc.
