The  real reason I've wanted to quit smoking is so I can continue running. I have a bad knee, flat feet and an i-t band injury, but the breathing has been so bad, I 've cut way back on running,I ran 1 mile today without stopping to catch my breath, thats been my main goal since quitting, to run and breathe and not stop every 10- 12 mins to catch my breath, so today I made it a full mile, then ran  the rest of the way home with stops, the smoking and running have been long term personel goals  for what seems to be forever, and now I can get the running CUZ I'M NOT SMOKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! just being honest here, I want to run more than I want to smoke, that is the real reason for my quit, i am not giving up running for smoking , love the run
