tough times

For some reason, yesterday and today have presented some pretty big urges.  I guess maybe it is because it is the weekend and there is more free time.  I try not to dwell on it but it creeps up on me sometimes.  I will be strong though and distract myself when the urge hits.  I know they only last a brief time and I can make it through!
