I had a tough time early in my quit. I didn't have any (construction) jobs going, no bids out and, no income expected. (Days 53-55)
I was bummed, I was depressed, I was anxious, hopeless, at the end of my rope. It lasted three days straight. You know what I realized?
IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH
QUITTING SMOKING.
People who have quit tend to tie negative feelings to their quit and, some will use these feelings as an excuse to go back to smoking.
Don't tie all tempoary circumstances or negative emotions to quitting smoking.
IT'S CALLED LIFE.
THEY HAPPEN TO EVERYONE.
