Thank you and I'm sorry.  Those words have  been difficult for me to say during my 34 years on this planet.  Thank you...seriously, thanks to everyone in this community for your advice and for being transparent.  I promise the same in return.  I'm sorry.  I'm sorry for lying to people about my addiction.  I have been sneaking around for more than 3 years now chewing tobacco behind the backs of friends and family.  I am repulsed by my behavior and WANT to change.  So far this community has helped me understand my problem more than any other resource.  So thank you...and I'm sorry...and I'm ready to quit!
