I'm running late this morning I've got an appointment in one hour and it's a half hr drive away and I'm still in my jammies but I wanted to say good morning and to please remember that as long as we all stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance on a daily basis then there's absolutely no way we can FAIL because N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever definetly guarantees us a lifetime of Freedom so each evening we can look ourselves in the mirror and say YAY for another Day WON.
It's Mason's 10th birthday exactly two weeks ago today was Adam's 15th birthday and this past Friday was my son's 36th birthday he's Adam's Dad our granddaughter's birthday isn't until September, anyway keep stacking up your precious Days of Freedom because relapsing isn't the answer EVER.....
