Theres been so much going on the last few weeks that its been difficult maneavering through it all especially with all of the drugs the rheumatologist has me on! I rambled on about that in yesterday's post N.M.W. in the comment section! LIFE happens BUT thankfully we have the CHOICE to stick with our precious quits or throw it away because of LIFE throwing curve balls at us! I'm sooooo glad I'm living LIFE as an EXer AND NOT sitting outside in a plume of smoke stressing about everything that's happening PLUS chainsmoking wouldn't help one ioda anyway! Believe it or NOT I can function so much better NOW dealing with whatever LIFE throws at me BUT it definitely took time to get to this point BUT thankfully I'm here and have been for several years now! Sticking with N.O.P.E is vital to our quality of life because breathing is essential to living because if we can't breathe nothing else matters!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
