Thank You Everyone for welcomming me back.So many of you respounded to my BLOG, that I  am having trouble getting back to each of you.  I will though, just give me some time.  What a wonderful group of people are : each of you struggling to stay smoke-free.  I am sort of new to this, as I have attempted to stay "QUIT" 5 X's.  This is it for me because I know that therre is no "just one".  The very same as when I got sober 33 years ago.  Somehow that was much easier than this "QUIT".  C.Everett Coop  said that cigarettes addiction is as terrible as herion addction.  I've gotta go now my fellow travelers.  But I'll be back soon!
