WOW Wow wow! The days weeks months and years really do add up although it may not feel like it in the early days and weeks and maybe even the first year but they do add up! Adam is 20 today that's amazing to me, my son Alfred will be 41 on the 22nd, he quit smoking 10 years ago in January YAY! Our youngest grandson Mason will be 15 on the 25th! Wow he was only 5 when I quit smoking! My hubby Mark will be celebrating 10 years of Freedom on the 25th of April and I'll be joining him on the 14th of July! Nope works when applied on a daily basis and it's super fantastic once you get to that good place in your quit!

I should add a picture of Masons sister, our step granddaughter Emma she'll be 22 in September, she's a sweetheart unfortunately her Dad and my daughter Mandy split up over 2 years ago but Emma, gramp and I still keep in touch, I'm posting a collage of my Mandy, Mason and I at a video arcade celebrating his 14th birthday last year! I guess I'm reminiscing this morning I'm so thankful that I'm living my Forever Quit! Vigilance is key to Freedom! Sorry for rambling and overposting pics! 🤷‍♀️

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
