My daughter just sent me a text to congratulate me on 14 months smoke free.  I was like WAIT, WHAT??!! 14 MONTHS, NO WAYYYYY.  Looked at the calendar and sure enough 14 freakin months smoke free.

For all ex peeps out there, it hasn't always been easy but it is soooo doable.  I remember being 1 week smoke free, then 1 month then 5 months.  I came here every day and read all I could and sucked up all the elders knowledge.  I read blogs and if something seemed like it would help in my quit, I applied it.  When I struggled I asked for help and got plenty.

Don't fight your quit but embrace it.  We are all in this together and we all want the same thing, to be smoke free.
