This is a new term I'm using at my job - WIIFM - What's In It For Me?
If you are still smoking or toying with the idea of smoking - even just one - ask yourself WIIFM?
If the answer is not one darn thing then for pity's sake, don't do it!
That right there is enough!
But then you can put the icing on the cake:
If I turn down the next Sickerette WIIFM?
LIFE! FREEDOM! BREATH! HEART! SELF ESTEEM! CONFIDENCE!
The list is endless!
