Trying to quit again

I quit smoking in 2018 when I got pregnant with my youngest daughter. I just stopped cold turkey. My then boyfriend (now fiance) helped because he didn't smoke and I wasn't around anyone else that did. With my oldest daughter I had a cigarette if I was craving it and with my middle son I didn't stop at all. However in the last year I picked it back up. His mother has lived with us since 2018 but lately her health is declining and she has gone blind and the stress from her and her mood swings has me pulling out my hair. I wanted to be able to get 5 minutes without her yelling and calling me derogatory names because she is in pain so I started to smoke again. Now I want to find a way to get my 5 minutes to breathe without a cigarette. it is not as easy as I thought it would be. No one else smokes in my house.
