I have been on a mission to quit for a long time now.
I quit for 3 days in November and went right back to it, because of insomnia. So I changed the quit date to January 1st, that came and went and I did not quit. New quit date is February 1st. I am using the medication bupropion, I took a class at my local hospital to help quit, I tried the patches, but they have a hard time staying on my skin.(even after cleaning with alcohol pad)
I really like smoking and I really hate it at the same time.
I want to quit, I can go all day at work with no smoking, but the minute I get home, I grab one and head outside to smoke it.
I have been trying to change up the habits that I have with smoking, some work, some do not.
I am not done trying, I will be a quitter.
