Today Was a Good Day :)

Yesterday was kind of tough, at moments. Experienced irritability, strong cravings, and I even felt like my thinking was affected, I couldn't seem to focus, I felt like a disorganized mess & was doing some strange things like digging for my keys in my purse while they were in my hand and so on.

Today was A LOT easier. My husband has taken notice after yesterday that this is really happening and that I am really quitting. He was a great support to me today, which was a wonderful mother's day gift.

He mentioned again that he needs to take advantage of the classes offered through his job to help him stop using smokeless tobacco. It was good to hear he is thinking about it again. It would be wonderful blessing for both of us to be tobacco free.

One more day, and I will have 3 days under my belt smoke-free!

I'm excited about that! ....

I drink a lot of water, so I feel like the nicotine and other toxins are leaving my body, and that is pretty thrilling to think about ... seriously!

Reminder to self:  Exercise, though .... Need to get on it! Any exercise is better than no exercise! 30 minutes a day! Exercise of my choice!
