It has been 9 days since I quit smoking pot and all is well. I have a lot of anxiety but the doctor gave me Xanax for that. I hate taking chemicals. I was back to smoking two packs a day while quitting pot. I am back down to one pack a day and will be lowering that gradually. I am not a cold turkey kind of person. I am giving myself one week to quit for good. I find that grapes help a lot. When I have a craving I just pop a grape or two in my mouth. Grapes are like natures candy. This works well when I watch tv at night. I do not take cigarettes with me when I leave my apartment anymore. That is hard because driving was a big trigger for me, so I am winning small battles which proves to me that I can do this. This website is a big inspiration. I get to see that I am not alone with my struggles.
