Still here

it's been a while since I have checked in, but I am still here and still smoke FREE approaching 290 days. And every now and then I still fight a little nicodemon telling me you can have just one now.. But I know better than that, I have been thrown alot of curveballs since I quit and I have managed to find better ways to deal with it. My son is so proud of me, and my husband says it feels like alot longer than 290 days..

Just wanted you all to know I am still a NON SMOKER!! Also has anyone else noticed alot of quit smoking commercials lately? They air them alot here in Florida on the radio and TV.. Just wondering if it is the same every where else..
