While I would not consider myself to be the most social user on here. I just wanted to let other non social, ex-smokers, dippers, chewers, vapors, etc know that the information on this site, will be of great help. For me it's been 3 days without dipping. I went so far as to bury the can in the yard on the morning of the 19th of June, just a little pay back for all that those cans took from me: time, money, and just living life. So even if you never participate fully I would dig in an use all the information here to really help (because it will). Go through the steps and use the plans and tips/tricks to stay nicotine free. In short this place has been a great help on my quit.
