What a ride this has been! 67 days and Still Smoke free! To say those words is absolutely exhilerating!

I have been so busy that many of my friends here must have thought I have forgotten about them!..... Sorry...I still think about all of you wonderful people!

I have joined a GYM and am excersising every day to lose the 10 lbs I gained in my quit. I have lost 3 lbs so far! Woo Hoo!

My internet time has drastically suffered...I have been slammed at work, and am homeschooling my teenage daughter. So sorry about not keeping in touch!

To all of you who are still new...Hang in there...It does get easier! Don't get me wrong..I still have the occasional crave...but nothing like the first few weeks. Stay positive...that is the only thing that kept me smoke free!

I feel so good! Food tastes wonderful! I smell like shampoo! I smell everything else better too. I can run again! I am 36 years old and I feel better than when I was 25 years old!

Quitting was the best thing I have ever done. I am so worth it!
