Share your quitting journey
First you have to decide you are really ready to quit and to devote 100% to your quit.
You cant just want to quit sometimes, have a cigarette later and quit again.
You need to keep all those negative feelings about smoking on the top of the list.
Stop making excuses about why you cant get past week 1 or day 10 or whatever.
Stay positive.
The one thing that will get you to remain smoke free is YOURSELF
its nothing special we do or dont do, its just that we have made up our minds that we do not want to smoke
EVER
Once you have that mind set, then your quit seems less painful.
Then you make it happen,
The first few days are so important, you need to focus on the reward that follows, the reasons why you wanna quit in the first place.
Watching someone smoke, and deciding to join them, isnt part of the quitting process.
Its pushing that demon away and being stronger than ever, tell yourself YOU matter and it isnt an option to smoke.
Being prepared before you quit, get yourself the right mindset and stay POSITIVE
