there is no "one way" to quit. it is what YOU make it

Everyone will "allow" themselves to experience something different.. By allow I mean, what you build this up to be or not to be in your own mind is exactly what it will be.

If you are smart, you will control your quit, not let it control you.

The problem is, most people get so bogged down in self created misery, they can't see the forest through the trees.

Have you heard the term "life is what you make it:?"  Well, it is.

Have you ever heard it said "the brain is the biggest *** organ?"

Why do you think they say this?

BECAUSE IT'S  TRUE

There are people here who claim to have had terrible quit-malady's. Yes there is physical discomfort during the actual withdrawal from nicotine. But other than that part of it, didn't they create exactly their idea of what it was going to be like and make it real.

What you think determines how you feel.

You can create all kinds of drama around quitting but it is you who is creating it.

This is why distractions work! One try on one (like putting your head in the freezer for 15 seconds when you get a crave)

you will always remember putting your head in the freezer. (Or biting into that lemon)

Try it. These are the ways you get through the hardest times. Listen to some music. What ever it takes to throw that crave off track.

this is not rocket science. (sorry papa Jimmy)
