Quick question

Hey everybody. Been a while. Been super busy.

But I'm back & have another question . Lol

It seems all my friends are trying to quit something nowa days. Most choose smoking (YAY!). But one of my friends bought one of thoes Ecigarettes. Will that help him quit? I know there is nicotine in them, but it doesn't have all the other harmful chemicals (Not saying nicotine isn't harmful btw). He is really determined to quit with me & I want to make sure he's on the right track.

P.S. I got my boyfriend to quit with me! Super excited about that! 😄
