Quick question.....

Anyone know when the metabolism levels out? In other words, when you stop gaining weight from quitting smoking? If you eat more than you normally did (and don't burn the extra 200 calories a day)  you will gain. But if you are not overeating and you are burning the extra 200 cals a day, when does your metabolism, go back to normal? Thanks in advance!
