Preparing to Quit

Hi All - I am preparing to quit smoking and hoping for any advise you can give me.  I really need to do this for myself, my health and my family.  I want to have more energy and stop spending money on something so unhealthy.  I am tired of smelling like cigarettes.  Your help is appreciated.
