I took the patch of last night and smoked about 4 freaking ciggarettes before bed. I don't even know why. I guess I was lazy and didn't feel like fighting the damn nicodemons but I realized I was being an idiot and put it back on and went to sleep. So far this morning I haven't had one. I'm ready to fight with all I have today.
