Not a Good Day

Today was not a good day!  I had more craving today then I have ever had.. I will never smoke again.  Today made me HAtE that I had ever smoked.. For me I eat sour candy to combat my urges.  I had not purchased any in about 2-2 weeks but today I had to have some.  I know I am in No Man’s Land but wow!!!  Just need some support and encouragement today... I am staying strong!!!!  No cig!!!!!
