No-smoking: one month anniversary 2-22-13
One month ago today I made a decision to change my life for the better and I can happily say that I’m still smoke free
I’m not sure if my experience has been common or not, but it was actually a bit easier than I thought it would.
Well I’ve been cigarette free for 1 month now…YAY ME!!! I was smoking about 1 ½ packs a day. I can’t believe it’s been a month with minimal cravings…especially for going with nicotine patch
