Hello to all,

It was suggested to me that I blog,so here goes...

I so need this to be my forever quit.

I have my quit date & need to do all the reading & tracking.

I can be slow to open up about myself so I hope you all can bare with me.

I'm tried of trying to quit on my own so I joined this community.
