N.O.P.E ~ Not One Puff Ever ~ N.M.W ~ No Matter what > Works when applied on a daily basis! Vigilance is key to Freedom! We MUST always remember AND N.E.F ~ Never Ever Forget > Just how horrid it was at times in the early stages of our quits because NONE of us has to ever go back to another day ONE EVER! I still smile at each and every day WON because I'm finally living my Forever Quit! 😁 As difficult as quitting smoking AND or Vaping or dipping can be as long as we're willing determined and totally committed to succeed then we will be living a LIFE of Freedom! it's absolutely doable AND so very worth it to be Free!
