Whether we're in the the early stages of our quits OR have been quit for quite some time we MUST keep our quits in TACT ~ N.M.W ~ No Matter what! I push vigilance because it is key to remaining FREE! It only takes a split second to screw up a perfectly beautiful quit journey I would hate to see any of us become Complacent AND take our precious quits for granted! Our lives literally depends on us to nurture and protect the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the GIFT OF LIFE! NONE OF US has ever go back to another Day ONE EVER! Only Days WON will do! Lets always remember and ~ NEF ~ NEVER EVER FORGET that horrid DAY ONE AND those early days and weeks of quitting! The CHOICE is Ours! Our lives are worth so much more than the damned Nicotine Poison!
