LOOKING FOR SUPPORT

Hi,

my name is John,

I,m having a hard time with out well you no doing the thing I dont need to do..

I was just let out of the hospital on the 1/4/18 after 6 day's . Came home with bed rest,02 and no work.

And a lot of time on my hands.

I have smoked for 44yrs and they are say I have to stop and I feel this is the hardest thing I have ever done. The last time I had one was 12/28/17 @11am

Yesterday the 3rd I took the patch off and made it until 7pm on the 4th and almost gave in but came on here in stead..

 I cant do this alone.. Help!!!
