After decades upon decades of addiction it only stands to reason that it's bound to take time to relearn life without the crutch BUT boy oh boy it's worth it once you get through the roller coaster ride into that good place where you realize just how much better life is as an EXer! It's definetly NOT easy by any stretch of the imagination especially in the early stages of your quit BUT as long as you are willing determined and totally committed to succeed THEN you can AND will be successful!
