Whether you're quitting smoking AND or Vaping or dipping we all know that they're highly addictive AND definitely difficult to quit BUT thankfully it's doable! We MUST remember that after decades upon decades upon decades upon decades of addiction that it's bound to take time to relearn life without the crutch BUT boy oh boy it's worth it once you get through the roller coaster ride into that good place in your quit where you realize just how much better life is as an EXer THEN you'll be so glad that you stuck with your precious quit journey! Vigilance is key!
