Hello fellow EXers.  I sincerley hope you are all doing well enjoying your summer and are smoke free!!  For me it's been 187 healthy wonderful days.  That's not to say that it was easy, but to say it's been worth it!!  I love being a non-smoker!  I still have urges, I just use the handy N O P E tool that one of you shared with me and I make it through.  If any of you need some encouragement, please just ask!
