I am still smoke free! I do however get irritated often and more easily. Could it be because of not having any nicotine at all? I didn't plan on not wearing a patch for this long I just got up in the mornings and never put one on. I should probably wear them as long as possible though because I will be going back to VA in couple weeks for vacation and will be around all the family that smokes. I'm getting really anxious thinking about the trip because I am so afraid I will give into temptation. I have never really been an optimistic person so it is hard for me to see the good in somethings. I know if I am around the smoke or I am offered a cigarette I will probably take it. I probably should of thought about holding this vacation off a little longer.......
