Share your quitting journey
Well my friends I have to say that I am struggling. I never should’ve picked up that first cigar and taken a few puffs. That little bit of nicotine that was introduced into my body has turned into a demon that wants more. I have tried putting on the patch and wearing that, but I find that I’m still having horrible cravings. It doesn’t help that my roommate has started smoking cigars on a regular basis so they are always around. I need some help and advice from all of my friends right now. I think it’s time to go back to basics and I’m not sure where to start. It seems like this journey of mine has been such a struggle. I’ve hit obstacles all along the way, and I’ve been able to fend them off until now. I am so upset with myself. If any of you can recommend the best reading to do right now as I try to change up my routines so that I don’t have time to even think about picking up those damn cigars. Definitely back to basics. I’m looking forward to any advice you can give. Thank you friends.
