Hello, today is my second day without nicotine ( nicotine pouches, ON) , and I am literally at my wit's end. I am so tempted to get in my car and get some. I have been irritable and stressed all day. I have a headache, feel tired and horrible. I am ready to go out of my mind. I have tried quitting so many times and every time I go back to nicotine because I can't take it or I am gaining weight because I can't stop eating.
Any really good advice or recommendations would be sooo appreciated.
