I WANNA SMOKE!!!

I wanted to smoke until I read Patty-Cake's blog post titled "Just want to vent".  Patty-Cake has a friend that was recently diagnosed with lung cancer.  Reading her blog brought my craving to a screeching halt.  I am sad to hear of her friends condition but on the other hand I'm glad I read her blog post.  One thing  I've learned about this site...when you are feeling your lowest or need encouragement you will find support here.  I think I will go and rake leaves to keep busy.  One craving at a time.....................NOPE!!!!!
