I slipped up from my last quit and now I am at 3 weeks quit.
I am training for a half marathon and I have never felt better during my runs however I have gained almost 10 lbs and my stomach hurts all the time. I am not sure what is going on. Has anyone experienced this? I am exercising much more my diet is not to much different although I have been eating a little more. I am having a hard time with the stomach pain, bloating and weight gain if anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it.
