I am interested in healing my body from the damage that I have done with the smoking. Does anyone know what kinds of vitamens may be useful, or what vitamens are the most depleted when you smoke?
Probably your best bet is go to the dr and have them do a vitamin panel, then you know exactly which ones you need. If you can't afford that then a regular multi vitamin along with a nutritious diet and some patience for letting your body heal itself. I don't know if it has anything to do with smoking or not, but over the last few years I developed a b complex deficiency and now have to get shots for it.
You could Google it. I think if you are in good health, you should eat a balanced diet, exercise and take a multi-vitamin. Your body know exactly what it needs to do and will do it, as long as you never smoke again. Best wishes to you. 😃
Some of us like to believe that if we smoke again it is a lack of will power, Me I personally don't believe in the will power concept, But if it works for anyone and they don't smoke keep doing it. All I am saying is that I believe that a being greater than myself is helping me maintain my QUIT. This is something I can't do alone!
