Well I must say...I feel so much better being smoke free! Today I had to drive 9 hours in a car, I was a little worried about it because smoking and driving alone always seemed to go hand in hand.
My little lollypops and lozenges within reach and I was fine! I am determined to live smoke free. When I was young it seemed like age would never be able to reach me, but as I get older, I realize that age is the only thing touching me! Me being smoke free allows me to hang on to a few more years and look better doing it!
Now if I can get pleasure out of excercize like I did cigarettes, I will be doing good!
