The last two days have just sucked.  I am an emotional tidal wave.  Crabby, crabby!  I don't even feel like it's so much the craving of nicotine as it is my inability to deal with frustration without nicotine.  I didn't smoke, but i gave myself lots of reasons why i could.  I was around people who were smoking and honestly I was 5% jealous and 95% grossed out.  Ugh.

I know I walk around thinking I am missing something. I really havent been around anyone smoking but when I come in contact with the smell it grosses me out.

The key is to re-learn your life without cigarettes...you can do it...find something that calms you when you are having a bad day.  I come out here....and just read!  You'll figure it out....no matter what....don't  give in to the nicodemon!!!!

Yeah, I cant relate to crabby sometimes, and emotional sometimes.  I especially get crabby when something or someone is irritating me.  Ticking noises, or loud televisions completly get on my nerves!  That being said, I am just learning to be more patient and tolerent.  This quit is such a great teacher of life situations.  We actually deal with them witout a crutch........Gets interesting, and Wonderful!

Yeah, you're learning how to cope without sticking a butt in your mouth. When you come right down to it, that wasn't coping either, it was distracting you from coping.  You're doing fine, really.  Keep up the good work and keep coming here!
