Goodbye, 

I gave you up for 3 years, but somehow you found your way back into my life. I can’t continue with the constant self doubt and knowing that you are no good for me or my health. After a very tough hurdle in my marriage and the premature birth of my twins I found myself sneaking off to smoke just 1, and 2 years later it back to 3-4 per day. I can’t continue to live my life this way. I can’t. It is what is best for me and my mental health to say GOODBYE to you and I WILL NEVER TAKE YOU BACK!! We are done !! I am stronger than you !! I will win this battle !!
