I've got another busy day ahead of me BUT busy is good ☕ my Mother in law AND my Dad are both in the same assistant living facility which is only a half hour away so I'll stop in AND visit with both THEN I have an eye appointment THEN I'll visit My sister in law Wendy (my hubby Mark's sister) she's fixing me lunch THEN I'll visit my little sis for a bit luckily they're all in the same region THEN back home! I'm so thankful that I finally wised up because I don't need any smoke breaks because I don't do that anymore and neither do you right?! I never ever thought I'd ever quit smoking let alone stick with it BUT here I am living my Forever Quit ~ N.O.P.E ~ Not One Puff Ever ~ N.M.W ~ No Matter what > Works when applied on a daily basis! Vigilance is key to Freedom! Our lives deserves so much more than the crutch of the horrid nicotine poison! 

     The Choice is Ours!
