Good Morning!

Well, hey, isn't this going to be another beautiful day?  I'm just going to hang out at home and get many things done (actually, I get a couple things done, one or 2 is better than none!).   Really, I have tried to quit so many times before, this one though is so much easier, I'm not obsessing about it.  Yes, the  thought comes into my mind, my mind tries to get me all in a knot, but it's not taking hold.  The notion that one won't hurt and playing that game doesn't even interest me.  It just feels like I'm in a new phase of life and smoking isn't a part of it.  I have nothing to gain from smoking, only great losses.  I love the post from ckoalaco, I am not trying, I am quitting, yes, just like I am going to make this day and all days full of wonderful things to do.  Well, not the whole day, I do have a house to clean and books to do for the business, but they are still good.  I hope you all read that post, it is all our minds need to be.

So when you think you can't go on, like I have a million times, stop yourself and think you can, will, you quit and there is nothing more to think about, don't obsess about it, you (I) am moving on and that is that.  In the end it is a passing moment (a moment is a few ticks in time), there are so many other wonderful things to do that don't burn your eyes, nose, throat, make you cough, smell or turn your teeth and fingers yellow.  Just think how ungross we are all becoming!!!!!

Have a wonderful day, it's beautiful.
