    Happy Monday!!  This morning I will see my two brothers and their wives.  It’s been a while since I’ve seen them.  What are you doing today?

    Life is so much better without cigarettes.  I don’t know why I ever smoked.  I guess I got addicted.  I sure am glad to be free.  Stay with it.  You can do it.  Namaste
