Share your quitting journey
Good morning fellow EXer's! The Freedom Train is on the tracks, and prepared to make its daily run to Freedom from smoking! Everyone is invited to come aboard to celebrate their own personal Freedom, and that of their friends!!
If you are new here, this vehicle provides an area for everyone to gather and celebrate the milestones, and successes of those in our community! There are no tickets! The fuel for this locomotive is love and caring! The rides on this Train are paid for in contributions to the quits of others! The only thing required to ride this Train is a desire to breathe Free! We encourage everyone to join in the celebration! No matter where you are in your quit, today is special, and is cause for celebration! Celebrate with others, and they will celebrate with you! There are no baggage fees! Bring all your "EXtra baggage"! We will help you sort it out!
We encourage you to come aboard today! Shout out your personal milestones, and those of your friends! Show your pride in your quit! 2 Days, 200 Days or 2000 Days! More, if you have them! Let us hear from you, and let us all celebrate our FREEDOM!! Post food and music! IT IS PARTY TIME!!!
This Train is bound for FREEDOM from the Evils tobacco and smoking!!
"IF YOU ARE NOT RIDING WITH US, YOU ARE MISSING THE TRAIN"
ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL ABOARD!!!!!!!!! Sharon♥
CONGRATS TO JENNIFER72113 WITH 400 DAYS OF FREEDOM!
This is how to do it......Celebrate the YOU that YOU are today!
And then.....and then.....we have a honorary Celebration today:
SUE! Those of you who have gone to any of the annual reunions have met her. She is Rick's wife and I hear that she was tired of being the only smoker at these events. So she quit!
Sue has 100 days today! Proud of you Lady! Rick, please pass along our congrats to your beautiful wife!
Now, here is something else to celebrate....I love these kind of days!
It is National Donut Day......rumor has it that many places will give away a free donut today if you come in to their store. So, go online and look for places, yes I said placeS that you can road trip your day.
Here, of course, is where I would make my first stop:
But, sadly, Minnesota no longer has Krispy Kremes.
So, I'm asking every single one of your that lives near a KK store to go in (more than once if your can get away with it) and have a Chocolate, Creme Filled Donut FOR ME!!!
Thanks in advance for that.
I'll look for other places to go here in Minnesota. There is a local place called Cafe Donuts that has a pretty good cream filled donut.....maybe I'll go there.
Back to the Freedom Train Ride.
Let's have some fruit...here's what is wating for me in my fridge:
Here's what I would like:
Yes, one of each!
I'm riding today with 669 Days of Freedom!
Come aboard and share your number AND YOUR FAVORITE DONUT!!!!!
