Hey...

Isn't it greta to be alive and free from the demon of NiCotine :O) I think it is amazing! Amazing that I ME YES MOI QUIT.....I always doubted that I would BUT this time I had NO doubt!!! I think it's one of the keys to ridding addiction...ridding yourself of the DOUBT and FEAR and worrying in general.....live it one day at a time...it is a process of changing not only your physical addiction to a DRUG but also the psychological reasons why we kept on PICKIN UP that first NICOBUTT!!!!

I am still alive not gone crazy and NOW ridding myself of MY 3rd addiction....hmmmmmmm, wondering if I have anymore? Hoping not :O)
