I am running late this morning so I will wish everyone a wonderful smoke free day, if you're having a rough patch in your quit hang on tight because victory is right around the corner and it's going to get easier as time goes on. Most of us smoked for decades upon decades so we have to hang tough and relearn different ways of handling situations without the crutch of cigarettes and it's absolutely worth all of the withdrawals and cravings to get to that good place but it's going to take some time but believe me it's definitely worth it.
