I am really feeling good about myself I feel more confident that I can beat this habit. I still have the cravings thru out  the day but I do my deep breathing excercises and eventually they subside. I will tell you that sometimes those cravings can become so bad and seems so long but I am willing to stay focused and determined and try to keep the stress levels down. Happy quit free Sunday all
